Our Story
After nearly two years traveling across the country in our RV, we’ve experienced it all —the freedom of life on the road, and the frustration when something goes wrong and you can’t find help.
We’ve been the travelers calling mobile techs who never answered. We’ve waited days for service appointments that got pushed back. We’ve dealt with the runaround from dealerships during warranty work. And we’ve been in true emergencies, like when our brakes caught fire on the highway with no reliable help in sight.
Those experiences taught us something important: RV service doesn’t have to be this way.
That’s why we founded Straton RV Services—to be the partner we wish we’d had.
The one who actually picks up the phone. The one who shows up when promised. The one who explains what’s wrong, what it costs, and gets you back on the road without the drama.

Meet the Team

Beau
NRVTA Certified Mobile RV Technician
Beau brings years of experience from the restaurant industry, where he managed large BBQ restaurants in Texas. Customer service isn’t just a skill for him — it’s in his blood. He knows what it means to take care of people when they’re stressed and in need of help.
Now, he’s taken that same commitment and applied it to RV repair. Beau earned his NRVTA certification in December 2024 and is currently pursuing his RVTI (RV Technical Institute) certification. His family grew up with travel trailers and Class A motorhomes, so he’s been around RVs his entire life.
When you work with Beau, you’re working with someone who genuinely cares about getting you back on the road safely.

WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT
We're not just technicians.
We're your neighbors on the road!
Most RV service providers didn’t choose this industry because they love helping travelers—they chose it because it’s a business.
We chose it because we are travelers.
We’ve been stuck on the side of the road.
We’ve felt the panic when something breaks and you’re hours from the nearest town.
That’s the difference. We’re not just technicians. We’re your neighbors on the road.
