When you request mobile RV repair or maintenance services from Straton RV Services, you enter into a service agreement with us. Our technician will assess your RV and provide an estimate before beginning major work. We will not proceed beyond the scope of the estimate without your approval, except in emergency situations where immediate action is necessary to prevent safety risk.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are free. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows (failure to cancel and absence when we arrive) may be charged a service fee.

Our website and services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free, continuously available, or free from viruses. We do not warrant that our services will meet all of your needs or that results will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You agree not to hold Straton RV Services liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of your RV after service is completed, except where caused directly by our gross negligence.
